Check the voltage/battery indicator. If it is not lit or shows voltage/battery level in red zone, charge the robot immediately.
First check if the remote controller is turned on and connected to the robot, then check if the emergency stop button is released. If everything is normal, check the remote controller mode settings according to the operation manual.
First check if the remote controller is on. Remote controller usually has highest priority. If on, you can turn it off or set the mode switch to middle position for remote brake function while supporting host computer communication.
Check if the robot arm system network is normal by pinging the arm IP. Use the teach pendant software panel to check the issue. Restart the robot arm system and confirm if the problem persists.
Confirm the robot arm is in normal state. The gripper will automatically self-test by opening/closing within 5 seconds after power on. You can unplug and replug the connector between the arm and gripper to restart the gripper.
When the voltage/battery indicator shows values approaching the red zone, charge the robot as soon as possible.
